What is a Migraine Headache

A typical migraine headache will have one or more of the following symptoms:
Pulsating or throbbing pain
Pain located on one or both sides of the head
A sensitivity to light, especially bright light
Pain that may impair your ability to function “normally”
Pain made worse with activity
Moderate to severe pain
Nausea, with or without vomiting
A sensitivity to sound, especially bright sound
You may have one or more of the following issues about migraine headache:
Tingling, “pins and needles” sensation in one arm or leg
Weakness
Zigzag types of lines in your vision
Slowly expanding blind spots
Sparkling flashes of light in your vision
Language or speech problems
